The Rail Motor Society welcomes people from all walks of life.

You do not need railway experience or trade skills to join. Some members enjoy helping with restoration and maintenance, while others simply enjoy the social side of the society.

Many members:

  • Help with small jobs around the depot
  • Assist with events or trips
  • Enjoy travelling on rail tours
  • Help with administration or organisation
  • Or simply come along for a chat and a cup of tea

There is great fun and good company to be had by all. If you would like to be involved in any way, please let us know in the section below.
